Leopards U14 boys team, recently won the Herts Junior Basketball league, playing their 6 monthly games, undefeated.

Playing against teams from West Herts, North Herts, Cambridge, Harlow and Stevenage.

The team is made up of a squad of 15, with 12 playing at each game. Players are from all around Hertfordshire, including Royston, Stevenage, Hoddesden, Hertford and Watton at Stone. The team only started training together last September and played their first game in October.

The deciding game was between West Herts Warriors and Leopards, who were both undefeated at this point. Leopards won 55–47 with the top scorers being Ben Jackson with 17 and Billy Rainford with 11. With only two points in it at half time, Leopards opened up a 21 point lead due to a fine defensive display.

The boys will be showing their medals and trophy to the players and fans at the mens National League home game at Wodson Park this Saturday evening, 24th March, tip off 7.30pm.
