John signs up with Big Cats

With AJ Roberts ruled out for the season Levett Leopards’ coach Thomas Baker has moved quickly to add guard/forward John Shodipo to his roster.
The 6’6” guard/forward made his debut in Saturday’s 83-77 win at Westminster Warriors finishing with 15 points off the bench.
The British/American duel national helped Kent Crusaders to a Division Two league and play-off double last season, winning the championship final MVP award after a 7/9 shooting performance, finishing with 18 points to add to 11 rebounds, five assists and two steals.
attended College of Dupage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois., for two seasons before transferring to Mid-America Christian in Oklahoma City. During his time at MACU he had played in all of the Eagles’ 22 games this season, including 21 starts. He averages 12.2 points and team-high 5.9 rebounds per game. He also picked up conference player of the week awards and made conference 1st team of year in his Sophomore year.
