Baker aims to cut out mistakes

Leopards’ coach Thomas Baker is hoping his team can cut down on mistakes as they continue to look for their first league win of the season.
The Big Cats fell to 0-4 after going down to a 22-point home loss against Derby Trailblazers, on Saturday, and Baker knows where improvement is needed:
“It was a competitive start to the game where we were able to stay with Derby, however as the game went on we had some costly turnovers and lack of concentration defensively and Derby punished us” he said.
“There were positive signs within the game, we need to tighten up defensively and finish plays with stops as this will help us in our ability to get easy baskets down the other end.
“It’s going to be another tough game this weekend against Worthing, they have a wealth of experience and talent at their disposal and we will need to be at our best if we want to come away with a win.”
